Fitness Room
Perfect for developing fitness and toning muscles!
Contains a wide range of cardiovascular equipment including; Rowing machines, Steppers, Treadmills, Upright and Recumbent Bikes and X-trainers.

The Fitness Room is also fitted with the latest Air Resistance Machines. These air pressured machines work all of the major muscle groups that standard weights do, but in addition allow you to adjust the resistance highly accurately while you are still performing the exercise!

Weights Room
Ideal for building a stronger physique!
Contains standard resistance machines, Olympic weights and benches, squat rack, plus a number of dumbbells ranging from 1kg to 60kg.

We also have Swiss Balls, Medicine Balls and a Punch Bag!
