Personal Trainer
Flex Lifestyles on Uxbridge High Street is a leading independent club with over 500 members and 2 great fitness rooms.

1) Upstairs we have a fully equiped fitness room with cardiovascular machines, such as treadmills, bikes, rowing machines and cross-trainers plus air resistance machines to work the whole body.
2) Downstairs we have a large range of free weights, benches, squat racks and smith machines and a variety of resistance machines, not to mention Swiss Balls and BOSU.

Beauty Therapist
At Flex Lifestyles we have a beautifully decorated therapy room complete with couch, counter top workspace, ample storage, wash basins and even a power-shower! Everything a budding beauty-entrepreneur needs to get started!

Sports Injury Therapist / Physio
In addition to the Beauty Room (see above) at Flex Lifestyles we also have several other rooms that would be suitable for providing massage and injury rehabilitation services, not to mention the 2 fitness rooms with a wide variety of equipment at your disposal.

Hairdresser / Barber
Would you believe it but Flex Lifestyles also has a ready-to-use hair dressing salon, complete with wash basin!
