And that’s because our 8-week Activ-8 Personal Training programme gives you all the help you need!

Well stop imagining! All members of Flex Lifestyles receive 8-weeks of personal training as standard.
How does it work?
Each week, for 8 weeks, an experienced Personal Trainer will meet up with you to coach you through the entire process.
They will measure specific aspects of your health, fitness and physique that you wish to improve, then monitor your progress over the next 2 months.
Throughout the system, your trainer will help you develop a progressive activity plan and a tailored dietary guide to help you make the fastest improvements possible.
12 month members can take part in the 8-week system up to twice a year...at no extra cost!
If you prefer, you can simply join our club for the 8-weeks, receive expert guidance throughout and use the gym as often as you want! When you have finished the 8-weeks, you are free to leave, no contracts and no questions!
